Located in the beautiful Midwest, this resort offers breathtaking views and an enjoyable experience for families. the island provides a sense of security and privacy, free from uninvited guests. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a getaway. the facilities are great, both kids and adults can enjoy the freedom to explore and engage in activities such as swimming.
The food options could have been wider.

Had a decent holiday that was not too terrible but not very impressive either. We got our own room with a view of the sea. the beach was pretty close by, so it was so nice to be able to walk there. We also got free breakfast in the morning which was pretty good.
The service was quite slow, and we had to wait for everything. Even after we'd finished our meal, the restaurant staff took their sweet time to clear the plates.

Spent New Year's vacation near the lake. Enjoyed the fresh air and scenery with plenty of opportunities for winter sports. The housekeeping staff always kept the room clean and provided fresh towels daily. The location was perfect for exploring the area and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
The heating and insulation in some parts of the hotel were not sufficient during the snowstorm, making it quite chilly to walk around. the front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming and responsive to our needs.

Spent Christmas at a remote island resort in Minnesota and it was great! Loved the cozy cabins and being surrounded by snow. The hot chocolate and Christmas cookies were a nice touch. Best part was being able to build a snowman with the kids and having a fire in the fireplace. Also enjoyed the ice skating rink and spending time outdoors in the winter wonderland.
The resort lacked any form of entertainment or activities besides the ice skating rink. It was quite difficult to get around, especially in the snow.
